Our Return Policy

Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us, no questions asked within 30 days. To process a return, please access our customer portal.

If you purchased the $2.48 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $2.48 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee. 

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in the same condition as they were shipped. Please note: if items are returned unstrung, Returns and exchanges are accepted 30 days after order date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 If you have purchased  Package Protection and your order has been lost or stolen, you have 30 days from their original order date to file a claim for our Package Protection. If your claim is approved, you are entitled to either a free replacement or full refund. 

To file a claim please go to the Return Portal . You will be able to select the order that you want to report the shipping issue. 

All returns must be:
-Have no signs of wear or damage
-In its original condition
-Strung as it was shipped. 


Exclusions include:
-Items that have been altered or unstrung. 
-Items marked as final sale

A few things to keep in mind before sending items back to us.

1. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

2. If you are exchanging a product, sometimes it is faster to have a replacement sent if you contact us via email first. 

3. Please use our super easy  Return Portal to start the return within the allotted time.
