Our Return Policy

Something not quite right? You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of your order date. Start your return in our Return Portal.

Return shipping

If you added Free Returns + Exchange Protection ($2.48) at checkout: your return is free. Submit your return or exchange in the Return Portal and you'll receive a prepaid shipping label.

If you didn't add protection at checkout: you can still return or exchange within 30 days, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping label fee.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• Free of any signs of wear or damage
• In their original condition
• Still strung, exactly as shipped

Not eligible: items that have been altered or unstrung, and items marked final sale.

Exchanges and sizing

Need a different size? If you're exchanging, it's sometimes faster to contact us first so we can get your replacement on its way. Our Sizing Guide can help you find the right fit.

Lost or stolen packages

If you purchased Package Protection and your order is lost or stolen, you can file a claim within 30 days of your order date. If your claim is approved, you'll receive a free replacement or a full refund. To file a claim, go to the Return Portal and select the order with the shipping issue.
